We’re a retired couple and needed a reliable car at the right price. Dealing with a NZ company who handles everything took the hassle away. We didn’t have to worry about haggling with anyone over the price or getting pushed into buying extras and the price we ended up paying was much better than local prices. Overall this was very easy and not like normally buying a used car. We were totally comfortable with this purchase and made a great saving. We’ll never buy anywhere else from now on.

Buying a vehicle, especially for my favorite wife who knew what she wanted, could've been a stressful experience. I'm very thankful the car we found was with Daniel and David at Autoport. David, Daniel, and Natalie are amazing, the communication from this team is outstanding through the whole process. When you are given the name of the ship that your vehicle is on the excitement enhances. The car when I collected it exceeded my expectations, the car was delivered like new. The years warranty sold me on this, you do not get that included from any dealer unless you pay extra. I highly recommend Autoport.

As a first time customer of buying a car online, thru Autoport and living in this day and age of modern technology with a plethora of scams/phishing/fakes/clones etc, I had huge doubts whether this was the right way to go about getting a new car especially because I had lived in Auckland most of my life, never seen this place on my travels nor known anyone who has brought from them before. The poor team at Autoport probably have a special name for me like "oh no it's that annoying lady that thinks we're scammers", hahaha, emailing them everytime I got worried I hadn't heard from them when I thought I should have lol. The team were so patient and polite, always responded in a timely manner. And after all of that, my car arrived. Right up to 2 mins away from Autoport and not being able to find the gate, I still thought I was being scammed. You may think, well why did you buy it that way then? Well the photos online, it was a beautiful car. Low k's compared to what I could find in NZ, good star rating, not a bad price. Almost a to good to be true scenario. I jumped on Google and did some research on Autoport, called the team to reassure myself, read the testimonials. Was happy to go thru with the purchase, made the transfer and still sh*t myself until the car arrived lol. I mean hey, some of these scams are very sophisticated :) However, I call her she and she is in my possession now. Couldn't get a AA lemon check done first which is my main go to when purchasing a Subaru so a lot of this was riding on hope. Had her for a few months now and she's going strong.

The Autoport team really came thru on this one. Have had no problems with the car, runs really smooth and pretty good on petrol. Absolutely love the car. Totally recommend going thru Autoport if you are wanting to be a first car owner in NZ. Great team to deal with and not bad cars to pick from. I wish Autoport all the best.
