Start to finish the communication has been outstanding and the customer service top notch. Daniel and the team always kept me up to update with the progress of my vehicle, from leaving Japan to driving away in the car. They have done an awesome job at making the import process as simple as possible while they do all the hard work. I would highly recommend Autoport to anyone looking to import a vehicle and I’ll be using them again in the future.

The thought of importing a car was something my wife and I have thought about in the past, but it fell into the too hard basket and we had no idea where to start, that was until a friend introduced me to Autoport. Autoport had 1000’s of cars to choose from and we found a late model car with much lower km’s and price than we could find from any dealer here in NZ and they took care of absolutely everything. We were a little apprehensive during the 6 week wait for the car to arrive but we needn’t have been as Autoport kept us up to date every step of the way and when the car arrived it exceeded our expectations and had been valeted to a near new look. Autoport are great to deal with and I would happily use them for our next car.

Very friendly team. I have bought a vehicle from them. Every step used has a notification telling you what you have chosen. From the start to end it required no hassel at all. The car is especially comfy and the whole family loves it.

Although I was skeptical at first to deal with Autoport, I was pleasantly surprised when they actually found a car that not only matched my requirements, but also exceeded the same - I got more than what I had asked for and at the price I wanted to pay. It is easy to deal with Autoport; their communication is frequent and without lengthy delays in between, especially when dealing with Ryan.
