This was my first time importing a vehicle. (Suzuki Every Wagon from Japan). I looked into the process with a view to arranging it myself, but it seemed mighty complex, so I was pleased to find Grabacar. After watching for a while the ideal van came up, so I took what I thought was a gamble and hit the "buy now" button. Best thing I ever did. Brilliant service from start to finish. Genuinely one price given at the start covered EVERYTHING. (I did add on undersealing the van and delivery to my home address though). The vehicle is exactly as described; communication was very very good, they were friendly to speak to and explained everything. All questions answered quickly and clearly. There were many, as I'd not been through the process before. There was a very long wait - not the fault of Grabacar at all- due largely to being at the whim of the shipping lines, and also delivery coinciding with UK holidays. But it got here eventually and I'm extremely happy. I would certainly recommend Grabacar to anyone.

(27/03/2026) Carlene email vehicle leaving Japan. 5.(21/04/2026) Arrived Auckland Port, 10 working days for compliance, wof, mechanical breakdown, rego and valet 6.(07/05/2026) Delivered at home by Daniel. 2016 Mercedes-AMG GT S 130th Anniversary Edition
When searching for a car, we came across Autoport.nz purely by chance – and we are really pleased that we did. After a brief meeting with Daniel, expectations and obligations were sorted by a handshake, and the order was placed. Then what seemed like a long 6 or so weeks began, waiting for this beauty to arrive – meanwhile Carlene kept us informed every step of the way. It’s fair to say that we were a bit apprehensive – the unknown of “what are we going to get” – but the car and the condition was exactly as promised. A minor mechanical issue was discovered after taking delivery, but the Autoport Team are meeting their obligation to correct that for us. I found the service provided by Autoport NZ effortless, timely and efficient. After deciding on the make and model of car I wanted to purchase, I browsed their website and found a late model, low mileage Toyota Roomy at a reasonable price. It would have been impossible to find a car of equivalent quality or price in any car yard in NZ, I know because I tried. Whilst purchasing a car sight unseen may seem risky, the vehicle exceeded my expectations. It arrived sooner than expected in immaculate condition with WOF, Rego, mechanical warranty and full tank of petrol. Excellent value for money. The Toyota Roomy has many features a more expensive car has, and I highly recommend this make, model of car to others. I also highly recommend the seamless process provided by Autoport NZ of importing a vehicle of your behalf.
