This was my first time importing a vehicle. (Suzuki Every Wagon from Japan). I looked into the process with a view to arranging it myself, but it seemed mighty complex, so I was pleased to find Grabacar. After watching for a while the ideal van came up, so I took what I thought was a gamble and hit the "buy now" button. Best thing I ever did. Brilliant service from start to finish. Genuinely one price given at the start covered EVERYTHING. (I did add on undersealing the van and delivery to my home address though). The vehicle is exactly as described; communication was very very good, they were friendly to speak to and explained everything. All questions answered quickly and clearly. There were many, as I'd not been through the process before. There was a very long wait - not the fault of Grabacar at all- due largely to being at the whim of the shipping lines, and also delivery coinciding with UK holidays. But it got here eventually and I'm extremely happy. I would certainly recommend Grabacar to anyone.
Stop reading - call them up and have a chat. Communication was faultless and we were in good hands throughout. The car's been stripped down, inspected for hidden damage, and arrived on our driveway without a scratch. First of its model registered in NZ - no dramas. Old man almost cracked a smile. Now if only he'd drive it instead of looking at it all day.

2016 Mercedes-AMG GT S 130th Anniversary Edition
When searching for a car, we came across Autoport.nz purely by chance – and we are really pleased that we did. After a brief meeting with Daniel, expectations and obligations were sorted by a handshake, and the order was placed. Then what seemed like a long 6 or so weeks began, waiting for this beauty to arrive – meanwhile Carlene kept us informed every step of the way. (27/03/2026) Carlene email vehicle leaving Japan. 5.(21/04/2026) Arrived Auckland Port, 10 working days for compliance, wof, mechanical breakdown, rego and valet 6.(07/05/2026) Delivered at home by Daniel.
