This was my first time importing a vehicle. (Suzuki Every Wagon from Japan). I looked into the process with a view to arranging it myself, but it seemed mighty complex, so I was pleased to find Grabacar. After watching for a while the ideal van came up, so I took what I thought was a gamble and hit the "buy now" button. Best thing I ever did. Brilliant service from start to finish. Genuinely one price given at the start covered EVERYTHING. (I did add on undersealing the van and delivery to my home address though). The vehicle is exactly as described; communication was very very good, they were friendly to speak to and explained everything. All questions answered quickly and clearly. There were many, as I'd not been through the process before. There was a very long wait - not the fault of Grabacar at all- due largely to being at the whim of the shipping lines, and also delivery coinciding with UK holidays. But it got here eventually and I'm extremely happy. I would certainly recommend Grabacar to anyone.
Very friendly team. I have bought a vehicle from them. Every step used has a notification telling you what you have chosen. From the start to end it required no hassel at all. The car is especially comfy and the whole family loves it.

2007 Mazda Axela
The thought of importing a car was something my wife and I have thought about in the past, but it fell into the too hard basket and we had no idea where to start, that was until a friend introduced me to Autoport. Autoport had 1000’s of cars to choose from and we found a late model car with much lower km’s and price than we could find from any dealer here in NZ and they took care of absolutely everything. We were a little apprehensive during the 6 week wait for the car to arrive but we needn’t have been as Autoport kept us up to date every step of the way and when the car arrived it exceeded our expectations and had been valeted to a near new look. Price in the website includes shipping, rego, 1 year mechanical breakdown, valet and $100 petrol. 3.(07/03/2026) Carlene email regarding 3rd party premium inspection and paperwork. 4. (27/03/2026) Carlene email vehicle leaving Japan. 5.(21/04/2026) Arrived Auckland Port, 10 working days for compliance, wof, mechanical breakdown, rego and valet 6.(07/05/2026) Delivered at home by Daniel. Almost 2 months but it really worth waiting ! Very happy to drive my car. It's my pleasure and definitely will recommend Autoport NZ to my friends and relatives....
