Start to finish the communication has been outstanding and the customer service top notch. Daniel and the team always kept me up to update with the progress of my vehicle, from leaving Japan to driving away in the car. They have done an awesome job at making the import process as simple as possible while they do all the hard work. I recently bought an Audi TT Quattro from Autoport in Auckland. The entire exercise was very easy as I live a considerable distance away! The only paperwork on my end was applying to NZTA for the Clean Car Rebate. Very happy with my new car the process and communication. Price was on par with cars in NZ but I wasn't here for price alone it was for a GTR which there was not many in NZ to choose from but alot of options on Autoport. Thank you.
