This was my first time importing a vehicle. (Suzuki Every Wagon from Japan). I looked into the process with a view to arranging it myself, but it seemed mighty complex, so I was pleased to find Grabacar. After watching for a while the ideal van came up, so I took what I thought was a gamble and hit the "buy now" button. Best thing I ever did. Brilliant service from start to finish. Genuinely one price given at the start covered EVERYTHING. (I did add on undersealing the van and delivery to my home address though). The vehicle is exactly as described; communication was very very good, they were friendly to speak to and explained everything. All questions answered quickly and clearly. There were many, as I'd not been through the process before. There was a very long wait - not the fault of Grabacar at all- due largely to being at the whim of the shipping lines, and also delivery coinciding with UK holidays. But it got here eventually and I'm extremely happy. I would certainly recommend Grabacar to anyone.
A huge thanks to Daniel! I have to admit, we were a bit nervous at first about buying a car this way. However, taking the leap was the best decision we could have made - the car is absolutely amazing. This is easily one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The entire experience was so great that I genuinely can't imagine buying a vehicle anywhere else in the future. Highly recommend!

Although I was skeptical at first to deal with Autoport, I was pleasantly surprised when they actually found a car that not only matched my requirements, but also exceeded the same - I got more than what I had asked for and at the price I wanted to pay. It is easy to deal with Autoport; their communication is frequent and without lengthy delays in between, especially when dealing with Ryan. (03/03/2026)Daniel will email and confirm the car you bought and 10% deposit for the value of the car. Price in the website includes shipping, rego, 1 year mechanical breakdown, valet and $100 petrol. 3.(07/03/2026) Carlene email regarding 3rd party premium inspection and paperwork. 4. (27/03/2026) Carlene email vehicle leaving Japan. 5.(21/04/2026) Arrived Auckland Port, 10 working days for compliance, wof, mechanical breakdown, rego and valet 6.(07/05/2026) Delivered at home by Daniel. Almost 2 months but it really worth waiting ! Very happy to drive my car. It's my pleasure and definitely will recommend Autoport NZ to my friends and relatives....
