This was my first time importing a vehicle. (Suzuki Every Wagon from Japan). I looked into the process with a view to arranging it myself, but it seemed mighty complex, so I was pleased to find Grabacar. After watching for a while the ideal van came up, so I took what I thought was a gamble and hit the "buy now" button. Best thing I ever did. Brilliant service from start to finish. Genuinely one price given at the start covered EVERYTHING. (I did add on undersealing the van and delivery to my home address though). The vehicle is exactly as described; communication was very very good, they were friendly to speak to and explained everything. All questions answered quickly and clearly. There were many, as I'd not been through the process before. There was a very long wait - not the fault of Grabacar at all- due largely to being at the whim of the shipping lines, and also delivery coinciding with UK holidays. But it got here eventually and I'm extremely happy. I would certainly recommend Grabacar to anyone.

Crazy! I bought a van from Japan, sight unseen. I couldn’t be happier. I’d done some research and I knew the vehicle I wanted. A Google search led me to Autoport. I sent an email message of interest and was contacted by phone within 2 hours. Daniel at Autoport answered all my questions. I felt very confident, to say nothing of excited, to purchase. A deposit was all it took to secure the vehicle and start the ball rolling. All throughout the process I was well informed, by the lovely Carlene, of every step of my new vehicles journey from Japan. I found the service provided by Autoport NZ effortless, timely and efficient. After deciding on the make and model of car I wanted to purchase, I browsed their website and found a late model, low mileage Toyota Roomy at a reasonable price. It would have been impossible to find a car of equivalent quality or price in any car yard in NZ, I know because I tried. Whilst purchasing a car sight unseen may seem risky, the vehicle exceeded my expectations. It arrived sooner than expected in immaculate condition with WOF, Rego, mechanical warranty and full tank of petrol. Excellent value for money. The Toyota Roomy has many features a more expensive car has, and I highly recommend this make, model of car to others. I also highly recommend the seamless process provided by Autoport NZ of importing a vehicle of your behalf.
