This was my first time importing a vehicle. (Suzuki Every Wagon from Japan). Genuinely one price given at the start covered EVERYTHING. (I did add on undersealing the van and delivery to my home address though). The vehicle is exactly as described; communication was very very good, they were friendly to speak to and explained everything. All questions answered quickly and clearly. There were many, as I'd not been through the process before. There was a very long wait - not the fault of Grabacar at all- due largely to being at the whim of the shipping lines, and also delivery coinciding with UK holidays. But it got here eventually and I'm extremely happy. I would certainly recommend Grabacar to anyone.
