When searching for a car, we came across Autoport.nz purely by chance – and we are really pleased that we did. After a brief meeting with Daniel, expectations and obligations were sorted by a handshake, and the order was placed. Then what seemed like a long 6 or so weeks began, waiting for this beauty to arrive – meanwhile Carlene kept us informed every step of the way. Having been a Jaguar enthusiast for more than 65 years I was trying to find a low mileage classic Jaguar to enjoy while I could still drive. I found such a car in Japan. I had no idea how to go about having it thoroughly inspected to ensure it was genuinely as reported. Even less how to securely purchase the vehicle. Have it removed from the Japanese register. We weren’t sure about buying a near new car from the UK as we didn’t like the idea of sending a lot of cash overseas and we didn’t know about claiming VAT. Autoport managed all that. The car had just 500 miles on the clock, was highly spec’d and the savings were very, very significant! Totally comfortable and totally trustworthy service and I like we got the right car direct from the source but dealt with a local NZ company. Very happy thanks for the great deal.
