This was my first time importing a vehicle. (Suzuki Every Wagon from Japan). I looked into the process with a view to arranging it myself, but it seemed mighty complex, so I was pleased to find Grabacar. After watching for a while the ideal van came up, so I took what I thought was a gamble and hit the "buy now" button. Best thing I ever did. Brilliant service from start to finish. Genuinely one price given at the start covered EVERYTHING. (I did add on undersealing the van and delivery to my home address though). The vehicle is exactly as described; communication was very very good, they were friendly to speak to and explained everything. All questions answered quickly and clearly. There were many, as I'd not been through the process before. There was a very long wait - not the fault of Grabacar at all- due largely to being at the whim of the shipping lines, and also delivery coinciding with UK holidays. But it got here eventually and I'm extremely happy. I would certainly recommend Grabacar to anyone.

Outstanding Team at Autoport NZ. If you are looking to purchase from Japan, particularly if you are looking for something special, these guys are the only ones to deal with. Fantastic service & communication throughout the whole purchase to Delivery. I was looking for a very specific vehicle (Lexus LS460 F sport). Crazy! I bought a van from Japan, sight unseen. I couldn’t be happier. I’d done some research and I knew the vehicle I wanted. A Google search led me to Autoport. I sent an email message of interest and was contacted by phone within 2 hours. Daniel at Autoport answered all my questions. I felt very confident, to say nothing of excited, to purchase.
