2018 Nissan Serena Hybrid

My son was looking for a Nissan Fairlady 370Z and he could not find it exactly what he wanted. As I was browsing around I came across Autoport and saw exactly what my son wanted, so I ordered it from them. The whole process was stress free, awesome service and a very friendly team, esp. Daniel. He went extra miles to make sure the car was going to be delivered as promised. I would highly recommend Autoport to families and friends and I would definitely consider them If I am ready to get me a new ride :) Keep up the good service guys.

Although I was skeptical at first to deal with Autoport, I was pleasantly surprised when they actually found a car that not only matched my requirements, but also exceeded the same - I got more than what I had asked for and at the price I wanted to pay. It is easy to deal with Autoport; their communication is frequent and without lengthy delays in between, especially when dealing with Ryan. Once again; a big Thank You to Autoport for the great deal and awesome experience!

I had never purchased a vehicle on-line before, so I was apprehensive about how it all worked. I need not have worried, Autoport was obviously experienced as they answered all my questions reassuringly and allayed my fears by explaining the process clearly to me. They informed me of progress as it happened, the clearance, the loading, the transporting, even the whereabouts of the ship and its ports of call. Whatever paper work was required of them, they informed me, asked me in a timely fashion for my documents. I never felt under pressure and was impressed with their efficiency. I was even met at the airport and taken to their depot where again, all the paperwork was completed, and the car was mine! But it didn't stop there. I can't read Japanese. However, my queries about how something worked on the dashboard were patiently explained. The car is going well! I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and method of purchasing, to anyone. And I am really enjoying the car.
