Grabacar.uk is part of the Autoport Group and is a new way to buy cars in the United Kingdom. Check out these great reviews from Grabacar.uk, Grabacar.au and Autoport.nz.

This was my first time importing a vehicle. (Suzuki Every Wagon from Japan). I looked into the process with a view to arranging it myself, but it seemed mighty complex, so I was pleased to find Grabacar. After watching for a while the ideal van came up, so I took what I thought was a gamble and hit the "buy now" button. Best thing I ever did. Brilliant service from start to finish. Genuinely one price given at the start covered EVERYTHING. (I did add on undersealing the van and delivery to my home address though). The vehicle is exactly as described; communication was very very good, they were friendly to speak to and explained everything. All questions answered quickly and clearly. There were many, as I'd not been through the process before. There was a very long wait - not the fault of Grabacar at all- due largely to being at the whim of the shipping lines, and also delivery coinciding with UK holidays. But it got here eventually and I'm extremely happy. I would certainly recommend Grabacar to anyone.
Daniel and the team me helped me import a car from Japan. The process was smooth. Daniel was really good to work with. I would definately use Autoport again for my next import.
I had never purchased a vehicle on-line before, so I was apprehensive about how it all worked. I need not have worried, Autoport was obviously experienced as they answered all my questions reassuringly and allayed my fears by explaining the process clearly to me. They informed me of progress as it happened, the clearance, the loading, the transporting, even the whereabouts of the ship and its ports of call. Whatever paper work was required of them, they informed me, asked me in a timely fashion for my documents. I never felt under pressure and was impressed with their efficiency. I was even met at the airport and taken to their depot where again, all the paperwork was completed, and the car was mine! But it didn't stop there. I can't read Japanese. However, my queries about how something worked on the dashboard were patiently explained. The car is going well! I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and method of purchasing, to anyone. And I am really enjoying the car.
Having been a Jaguar enthusiast for more than 65 years I was trying to find a low mileage classic Jaguar to enjoy while I could still drive. I found such a car in Japan. I had no idea how to go about having it thoroughly inspected to ensure it was genuinely as reported. Even less how to securely purchase the vehicle. Have it removed from the Japanese register. Complete export documentation and shipping. Arrange for import to NZ or the procedure to have it registered, WOF etc ready to legally drive here. Here the wonderful team at Autoport.nz took over. They set out an easily understood breakdown of the procedure and costs from initial inspection, purchase, shipping and costs in NZ ready for me to drive away. I paid a 10% deposit and left everything to them. It was a completely seamless operation from the time that I asked them to buy the car until they told me it was ready for me to drive away. It could not have been a better experience. The car was 'as new' from the showroom. The final account exactly as expected. Within an hour of taking delivery of the beautiful Jaguar, with no obligation to do so, they also helped me make a no risk sale of my previous vehicle at a very satisfactory price. I thoroughly recommend the team at Autoport.nz to anyone considering importing a vehicle from overseas. They updated me regularly on progress, sent photos pre purchase and prior to shipping, and again on arrival. I wouldn't think of going further than the Autoport team if I wanted another car. Efficient, honest, reliable and straight-out nice people.
