Picked up my Lexus GSF of Daniel very happy with car. Communication was excellent from Carlene from pick up in japan to delivered in country. I would use Autoport again without a second hesitation. When searching for a car, we came across Autoport.nz purely by chance – and we are really pleased that we did. After a brief meeting with Daniel, expectations and obligations were sorted by a handshake, and the order was placed. Then what seemed like a long 6 or so weeks began, waiting for this beauty to arrive – meanwhile Carlene kept us informed every step of the way. It’s fair to say that we were a bit apprehensive – the unknown of “what are we going to get” – but the car and the condition was exactly as promised. A minor mechanical issue was discovered after taking delivery, but the Autoport Team are meeting their obligation to correct that for us. We are very happy with the outcome, and we have no hesitation in recommending Autoport for your (or our) next purchase.

We’re a retired couple and needed a reliable car at the right price. Dealing with a NZ company who handles everything took the hassle away. We didn’t have to worry about haggling with anyone over the price or getting pushed into buying extras and the price we ended up paying was much better than local prices. Overall this was very easy and not like normally buying a used car. We were totally comfortable with this purchase and made a great saving. We’ll never buy anywhere else from now on.
