Stop reading - call them up and have a chat. Communication was faultless and we were in good hands throughout. The car's been stripped down, inspected for hidden damage, and arrived on our driveway without a scratch. First of its model registered in NZ - no dramas. Old man almost cracked a smile. Now if only he'd drive it instead of looking at it all day.

I had never purchased a vehicle on-line before, so I was apprehensive about how it all worked. I was even met at the airport and taken to their depot where again, all the paperwork was completed, and the car was mine! But it didn't stop there. I can't read Japanese. However, my queries about how something worked on the dashboard were patiently explained. The car is going well! I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and method of purchasing, to anyone. And I am really enjoying the car.

Start to finish the communication has been outstanding and the customer service top notch. Daniel and the team always kept me up to update with the progress of my vehicle, from leaving Japan to driving away in the car.
