Then what seemed like a long 6 or so weeks began, waiting for this beauty to arrive – meanwhile Carlene kept us informed every step of the way. It’s fair to say that we were a bit apprehensive – the unknown of “what are we going to get” – but the car and the condition was exactly as promised. A minor mechanical issue was discovered after taking delivery, but the Autoport Team are meeting their obligation to correct that for us. Start to finish the communication has been outstanding and the customer service top notch. Daniel and the team always kept me up to update with the progress of my vehicle, from leaving Japan to driving away in the car. They have done an awesome job at making the import process as simple as possible while they do all the hard work. I would highly recommend Autoport to anyone looking to import a vehicle and I’ll be using them again in the future.
